If your case is eligible, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment, usually within 14 working days of approval.
All payment and refund transactions are securely processed through Wexpay (Pvt) Ltd., our authorized payment gateway.
Bank or transaction fees deducted by Wexpay or your bank are non-refundable.
